Batido verde de espinacas, fresas y plátano.

¡Hola gente bonita!

Hi my beautiful friends! Today I've got something different to show you.

Since some time I was curious about these new healthy smoothies that I was seeing in networks, so yesterday I decided to go out and buy several ingredients to prepare smoothies at home.

With this good weather, it is a very healthy drink and refreshing as well. It is also highly recommended to just before or after a workout because it provides energy.

Ingredients:

1 banana (100 gr)
100 gr of strawberries
100 grams of spinach
1 glass of milk without lactose
Honey

This last ingredients can vary according to your taste, you can add a glass of water, vegetable milk and add agave syrup to sweeten a bit if you don't like honey.
I know that the color of the milkshake is not very tempting and many of you may wonder whether it actually tastes good. Yes, and believe me, it that was the case, I would be the first to say it hahaha.

I hope that you try and if you do, tell me about!
