Cereals and yogurt cups

¡Hola gente bonita!

El post de hoy también va a ser diferente. Últimamente estoy innovando bastantes recetas nuevas y me gustaría compartirlas con ustedes.

Hoy me había levantado de la siesta con un hambre increíble, así que he hecho un popurrí con todo lo que tenía por la cocina y ha salido un vaso de yogurt con cereales y frutas riquísimo.

¿Qué he utilizado?

-1 yogurt blanco desnatado (si os resulta demasiado amargo le podéis agregar un poco de miel)

-Kiwi cortado a rodajas (o cualquier otra fruta que os guste)

-Cereales integrales

-1 barra de chocolate negro para fundir. 

He puesto el yogurt en la base con un poco de miel y lo he removido, he puesto varias rodajas de kiwi y encima cereales. A continuación he vuelto a poner las rodajas de kiwi que me quedaban y por encima he fundido el chocolate al baño maría y lo he esparcido. 

Una merienda riquísima y que me pienso preparar más a menudo.

Today's post will also be different. Lately I'm innovating enough new recipes and I would like to share them with you. Today I had an incredible hunger, so I've done a mix with everything I had in the kitchen and it has left a glass of yogurt with cereals and fruit delicious.

Ingredients

- 1 white nonfat yogurt (if it is too sour to you can add you a little honey) 

- Kiwi cut to slices (or any other fruit that you like) 

- cereals integrals

-1 bar of dark chocolate to melt.

I've put the yogurt in the base with a little honey and I have removed it, I have put several slices of kiwi and cereals. I then put kiwi slices that I had back and above I melted the chocolate bath and I have spread it. A delicious snack and I think I make more often.
